Zamorano cheese is a famous Spanish raw sheep’s milk cheese made in the region of Castile-Leon, Zamora. Is a pale-yellow colour with crumbly texture and has buttery and nutty taste. It gets characteristic flavour because of the breed of sheep – the small, scruffy Churra and the Castilian sheep.
Cured for approximately one year.
