Rang des Iles
The Rang des Îles is a farm cheese made from the whole pasturised milk of Brown Swiss cows. Rang des Iles cheese is square-shaped, soft and has a pleasing tenderness and a mixed shiny rind. It is mild tasting and preserves a hint of sugar. Creamy, aromatic and tasty. Ripened in-house 60 days.
