Piz Bever cheese is unique and hard to find. A Swiss Mountain Cheese made daily from high pasture cows in small alpine dairies under immaculate conditions. From the Canton region of Graubrunden comes a firm raw cow’s milk cheese, long aged, with a satiny body and scattering of small holes. Rustic, robust and clean flavor. Aged 9 months in-house, developing nuttiness and robust flavour.
