Picobello cheese is a Gouda-style Dutch cheese. Slightly dry with sweet notes of caramel and roasted nuts, the yellow-orange paste is crumbly, crunchy, and crystalline like a Parmigianino or aged Gouda. It radiates a robust personality and a long lingering finish. It is aged in our vaults for 3 years which adds a more complex taste and longer finish, It has a nutty and sweet taste. Made using raw cow’s milk.
