Oregon Blue Cheese is an award-winning blue cheese made using raw cow’s milk. It is aged for at least 90 days in Rogue Creamery’s Roquefort modelled caves. This results in a firm but buttery paste and a clean, briny flavour with notes of sweet cream and mellow, earthy blue moulds. The cheese vegetarian friendly and gluten free.
