Maytag Blue cheese is a raw cow’s milk cheese, handmade in limited quantities with fresh, sweet milk from Maytag Dairy Farm in Iowa since 1941. Maytag Blue cheese is ripened over six months during which it develops a dense, crumbly texture and semi-sharp flavour.
