English Hollow cheese is a cow’s milk cheese that has been made in Monroe, Wisconsin. This cheddar is made in small batches by hand and has a rind formed around it. It’s made in the English style of making cheddar. The texture is slightly crumbly and the flavour is pleasantly sharp brought out by being aged in-house a minimum of 24 months. Named World Champion in 2008.
