Drunken Manchego cheese is a 12 month old Spanish Manchego “drowned” in organic Spanish olive oil, paprika, bay leaves, rosemary and garlic. During two weeks of marinating, the porous cheese soaks in all that flavour and voila! A manchego like you’ve never had before!
