Chaource cheese is a soft cheese made from cow’s milk in the village of Chaoruce, France. This AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) pasteurized, triple-crème cheese is soft, creamy and a little bit crumbly texture. Cured in-house for four months allows the cheese to become very rich and tart.
