Camelot cheese is a semi-firm, washed rind goat’s cheese produced by the Upper Canada Cheese Company in Niagara. Made from the milk of Lamancha goats, very high in butterfat levels. Its rind is deliciously salty while presenting a cheese that is both delicate and fresh tasting.
