Bufala Milk Reggiano

Bufala Milk Reggiano cheese is a tribute to Parmigiano Reggiano made from buffalo’s milk in the Brescia region of Lombardy, Northern Italy. Made in a massive 80 lb. wheel and matured for at minimum 24 months at a controlled temperature and humidity. Distinguishable by a white rind, its off-white crumbly interior has a slightly sweet flavor with the unmistakable, slightly sour finish and mossy aromas of buffalo milk. A very rare cheese. It is exclusive cheese and aged in-house, 4 years.
