Blu di Frabosa
Blu di Frabosa cheese is an Italian cheese is made exclusively with sheeps’ milk and following an ancient blue veined cheese tradition, it is lined with blue mould. After a few weeks of aging, it has a dry and crumbly consistency, but is already delicately covered with blue veins. Aged 6 months developing a piquant, spicy flavour. Unique, and aged in-house!
