Barre à Boulard cheese is a raw goat’s milk cheese from the region of Montérigie in Québec. Made by the cheesemaker Tourilli, this is made from a single herd (Fermier) and not mixed with other goat’s milk. It is cured in-house for three months while it develops its body. Simply fantastic!
